Arrived today! Let's jump! Luckily, her socks mop up her drool, and we get a clean floor as a result! (Not really, but it's an aspirational thought.)

A family that wears fleece together... It's cold in Seattle at the moment, and with our single paned windows the house can get drafty, despite the fact that we're over heating the house (to heat the outside)! That said, we've been drumming up layers for Meryl to wear in the house, and Lola made her this UW pullover! (This is also her third outfit today; not my choice, but I'm also not naming any names to blame!)
Meryl continues her Tagalog lessons with her Lola (and mixes in some fun along with it).
It's Kel's birthday today and we are all partying! First time showing up to a party with a pack-n-play for the little sprite too. Urban happenin' parents we are trying to become:)
Today, her tuft flopped the other way. And yes, she's still drooling.
Meryl has successfully figured out how to roll from her back to front, and front to back. But, she only rolls one direction. And when she's in the crib, she ends up hitting one side and waking herself up in the middle of the night, me too! I'm 'tired' of her shenanigans, so we're working on practicing rolling the other way...and it's exhausting!
Meryl is a chatterbox these days. And today, in her pajamas (as are we all), she's got a lot to say!
Thanks, Grandpa, for the Christmas snowsuit! We went for a jaunt around the neighborhood today to test it out as it's forecasted to be COLD this week.
UW vs. Alabama today. And Lola made sure Meryl wasn't without a UW get-up in a larger size for the game. Go Huskies!
We visited the doctor today for Meryl's four month check-up. All is looking good! She weighed in at 13 lbs. 5.4 oz. and is now 25 inches tall. (Back in mid-October, she weighed 10.4 lbs. and was 21.75 inches tall.) She also got a few vaccines as well, and Wonder Woman bandaids to boot.
Pajamas for the plane! Ready to sleeeeep. Ha!
Lorraine came over tonight for dinner and a movie. We both LOVE cheesy holiday movies (mostly on the Hallmark channel), and she was recently recommended 'Christmas in Connecticut,' directed by none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger. So we're making a night of it, and Frank made tamale pie for the first time (we're trying to cook creatively with the 1/4 cow we bought this fall!).
