With family in from near and far, we had an Easter fest of food to celebrate Easter and Russian Orthodox Easter with Russian piroshky, pashka, kulich, and kielbasa, AND lumpia made by Lola! We promptly napped all afternoon after brunch.

Fifteen years of dating, two of them married. Yay us!  

Lummi has a scratched and infected paw, necessitating the 'cone of shame.' 

 ...She tipped Lummi's water bowl over, getting herself and everything wet, and scooting off thereafter to leave the scene.  

Baylie and Meryl went on a nature walk around the neighborhood today, where Meryl got to feel tree trunks, leaves, and the SUN! 

First swimming lesson is in the books! We did the Hokey Pokey and turned ourselves all around. But to Meryl, lounging on her back was what it was all about!
