Gretchen came over to take Meryl for a stroll today so I could go on some errands (thank you!). She's going to become a Grandma in two months (!!!), so today was her qualifier round (ha!)...with a before and after picture for proof!

It was a loooooooooooong flight.

This all started with one measly little red pan from Xanna for Christmas, and then Grandpa took to the Internet. 

And so it begins. New shoes! 

The little ones come out at night, or early evening:) The temperature isn't scorching, the smoke has blown away, and the block is hoppin' before dinner with tiny tykes burning off steam!

 ...Something's a little fishy here.

We celebrated Maya's first birthday today. And Meryl partied it up in my overalls!   

Why yes, you're seeing things correctly; that is a huge 'Meryl blanket!' 

Meryl has been expressing her celebrity status as of late. Elke stopped by for a visit and 'thought' she'd play with Meryl by pressing a few music playing buttons with her. Meryl had the impression that only 'she' was going to be pressing the buttons and pulled Elke's hand away!

Cousins upon cousins strikes again!
