A favorite baker of ours, Christina Tosi, came out with a kids book and we had to try it out. Meryl chose Rocky Road Cereal Squares, and they are good!
Well, why not? Dinner, wine, table for two (at the kids table minus the kids)…first meal we’ve had together at a leisurely pace in a while!

This kid LOVES physical humor. I lost count how many rounds he bopped me in the face with this big bouncy ball, of course causing me to flop over making silly sounds:)
Jenna dropped off a puzzle book full of mind benders. I don’t think we’ve been able to finish a single one, but Meryl loves them and who can complain about gray matter stimulation and one-on-one time? We want it too!
