Snow is coming! And we’re ready!

We have a new pet! Meryl put on Lummi’s holiday pajamas and magically turned into Fluffer the dog:)

Loving the sun! We biked all weekend…snow is apparently coming this week!

Welp, short hair and fat fingers yielded none of Meryl’s envisioned braid requests today…back to plain hair. Also, she’s always game for a haircut. There’s no winning.

Holmes fell off a stair and got a concussion, and had all the concussion symptoms, so we raced him to Seattle Children’s Hospital. Luckily, his CT scan returned normal and he sprang back with an in-room snack. But still! What a luxury to live so close to a children’s hospital where they ‘know’ kids and purposely pay attention to research about concussions in kids.

Overcompensating? Totally! Also, we’re saving him from himself with a calm activity:)

We’re yet again deep diving into Hamilton and we’re totally OK with it! Bonus, it’s a great morning soundtrack to jumpstart the day. Meryl loves saying, “What time is it?…SHOWTIME!”

He’s just hanging out stacking jars on the dining room table before school. And pretty proud about it too:)
