Spring trick-or-treat

Aha! Turns out the dishwasher silverware baskets are removable:) Research was needed to discover what fit inside them…toys turned into treats and baskets turned into trick-or-treat baskets. (I was lucky to be offered a choice of treats: mint, parmesan, chocolate, or bulldozer cream flavored.)

Block stalkers

The high chair lives on! Holmes and Lola love watching the block and talking about what they see. Walk by on the weekend and they’ll be happy to talk about you too!

Chaos

Too many cooks in the kitchen! I mean, isn’t it lovely that both kids were fanatical about helping to make pumpkin muffins. Meryl measured flour in units of hand-built snowballs and Holmes wanted a turn to try every step…tasting at every step too. How’d they taste? Well, I forgot to put sugar in:)

Father Daughter Day

Who gets dressed up anymore? These two! All for literally five minutes of fun at the WAC for a portrait to commemorate the non-Father Daughter Dance. Hey, if there isn’t a photo, it didn’t happen:) Then they took their twinning Chucks attire to the game store for a Chess board.

Checkmate

This little strategizer has started playing No Stress Chess at school…and since I don’t know how to play Chess, I’m going to learn with her!
