Lummi is never one to waste a bite, and Holmes is all too happy to accommodate.
Thank goodness things are opening up so that we can see each other on a regular basis. The building still isn’t that accessible, and I think we’re the only people who use the outdoor tent…but, fresh air! Especially on rainy days like today.
Yesterday’s energy levels were bonkers for both kids. And, Meryl decided to calm down by repeatedly blowing up a balloon and letting the air out. Maybe she’s on to something!
I think we’ve found our favorite boba shop, and luckily it’s near our house! Happiness.
Dinner with Xanna, as they walked around exploring the wilds of her yard in Anchorage.
A bouldering play date is just what this little American Ninja Warrior needed. I continue to be amazed at how many different ways you can climb a single wall.
Post soccer playground time is such a treat. After a year of not going to playgrounds, they’re the Disneyland of our time:) Ha!
Homegrown artichokes are a revelation we discovered last year and we’ve double downed on planting more this year. Holmes in particular loves them, deal! Also, mayonnaise:)
They sure are cute…but they were also bouncing off the walls today:) To quote the March Madness motto, “survive and advance.”
Sally, our swim instructor, is now vaccinated and jumped in the pool with the kids for their classes yesterday! Thank you, science! We swam on the other end of the pool with one kid otherwise…and next week, we’re banished to the balcony! So many exclamation marks!
For thirty minutes at at time, soaking it up!
Magic show!
The Conservatory is expanding yet again. Now to see if we ‘happen’ to have the perfect microclimate for growing an avocado tree:)
