We officially have a Schuyler Sister! Thanks, Lisa! (That mask? Something Meryl noticed in the drug store where we got our flu shots in October and has been hoping for it ever since.)
We’ve got Anna and Elsa dolls! And they’re going to need wardrobes of clothes! (Fine by Lola!)
Surprise! It’s us again:) All day pajama crew coming in hot.
Thanks for the hats, Sasha!
Sometimes our outdoor holiday friends need a little help in the morning:)
The Nutcracker House! A fan favorite for this crowd, as well as this year’s new addition of a ‘Wild Thing’ peeking out on the roof of the house. (Every night this week we’ve gone out in search of cheer. Tis the season!)
Thanks to our neighbor’s hot tip, we headed to see DJ Disco Vinnie’s house, replete with a movie screen and lights galore that change in time with the music. It is SO COOL. We’ll be back…with hot chocolate!
We migrated to the car to stay warm and of course the song that came on after the last, last, last, very last song…was ‘Let It Go.’ And DJ Disco Vinnie did it justice:)
Holiday break means time to create more performances! We spent alllll morning designing the ice palace set and costumes…which combined Meryl’s long awaited desire for me to wear a formal dress I’ve not worn in years (thank goodness it fit) and for her to wear one of my dresses that I too have not worn in even more years:) Note our creativity of using a scarf for Elsa’s hair. We even watched the song on the movie to remind us of our parts. And then it was lunchtime…when getting ready is more fun than the event itself!
Meryl still found time for a performance:)
There’s something here to do with counting kid toes and dinosaur toes, who knows. Feet fleet.
