Meryl’s Salon opened after a long closure and lucky us, we ALL got appointments!

Who has signed a guest book recently? We have! In the great parent pass off between meetings while Meryl spent one last day recovering from her cold, we went to the Volunteer Park Conservatory!

We pretty much had it all to ourselves…so we circled all the rooms multiple times and tried to find new sights we hadn’t previously seen! The cactus room was on point:)

Lummi enjoys making her presence known, and loves to lie down on yoga mats and in workout spaces for no other purpose than to be present where we’re stretching our presence.

But it sure was fun (for them) while it lasted!

These days, Holmes often serves himself up a palate cleanser of grapes after dinner. Sophisticate, fruit addict, this kid.

Meryl is in major bow-tying practice mode and it is always an exciting moment when it happens!

This girl is on day two of staying home from school with a cold. Multiple negative COVID test results, just riding these germs out. Speaking of bacteria, Frank and Meryl made ricotta cheese today! I’m still amazed.
