We are now a two Highlights magazine family. Meryl graduated to an older version and Holmes now gets his own monthly subscription! He’s so happy to finally join the ranks of receiving mail all his own. And Meryl is all to happy too practice her reading with him!

At least from school, COVID still exists and there’s been several reported cases at preschool recently so Holmes gets a five-day holiday weekend as his school literally airs the joint out. Playgrounding between meetings.

It’s already that time, amazingly. Brave girl, boosted with COVID immunity fighting powers. We live in hope!

Pajamas and all, we trekked to the basement lair for our first family movie night on the big screen we never use…until now!

Back to health. Back to school. Strength in numbers.

Remember those commercials? Holmes woke up with a stomach bug and hunkered on the couch all day, that is when the exit strategy of his body wasn’t taking hold. Negative COVID test result, doctors appointment, prescription anti-nausea medicine…we live in hope for tomorrow:)
