It’s finally here! Meryl’s 100th day of school!
Math and sugar unite! Can you lick to the core of a lollipop in 100 licks? Tally them up!
Meryl’s 100th School Day celebration is coming up and us parents were tapped to come up with a shirt to wear bearing 100 of…something. Here goes it! And a lot of glue:)
No matter how many times we pre-counted presumably 100 ‘things,’ we seemed to not count to exactly 100. (Whyyy?) Pom poms are fun, we’re leaving it at that. And Holmes is holding his own t-shirt party too, adding googly eyes.
Back on the (literal) magic carpet! We love it here!
And it’s gold! And it has her name on it! Today was Meryl’s basketball team’s end of season celebration and there could not be more people filled with excitement than these first grade girls ready to party. In her words, “I couldn’t stop smiling.”
Holmes would eat all of these apples if he could. He is decidedly a fruit fanatic.
He loves a puzzle!
For mid-winter break this week, Meryl went to a climbing camp with friends.
There she is, it’s our favorite piano player in real life! We fell in love with Kelsey, watching and listening to the Canlis piano streaming series at the start of the pandemic, and now years later, we actually got to meet her!
Still a thing!
