Driving the ball to the basket! These girls are having so much fun learning basketball. At this age, kids on each team wear colored wristbands so they know their assigned players to defend on the opposing team.
Post bookstore and basketball lunch!
We all scarfed our cookies down while Holmes found an opportunity to practice his knife skills.
Thank you, Tito, for knowing more than we do!
We ended up staying far past anyone’s bedtime trying to find everything on the bingo card to enter a drawing for an unknown prize…everything including five individually placed tiny rubber chickens.
And Holmes now gets to pick which bike he wants to ride on the back of each time because he grew out of his buckled kid seat!
Meryl made it all the way up the hill(s)! We walked a couple of times, but she did it all on her own. Woohoo!
Enter, the rain. (Post holiday adventure today, we’ll blog backwards another day!)
This year, we have been to aquariums touching the Pacific Ocean (Seattle here and Monterey, CA) and Atlantic Ocean (Norwalk, CT), and international waters in Vancouver, BC (also, the Pacific Ocean)!
We’ve never been to an aquarium in the dark!
New experience! We learned about manta rays via virtual reality with moving seats!
