And my easy breezy neck fan that Frank got me for my birthday has been commandeered to create the ultimate dining experience.

It is SO, SO HOT in Seattle now. And yet, the Seattle Storm game today inspired a basketball practice session…in the shade only.

We took a quick trip up to Vancouver last week, and gosh it was a great escape.

There was a community park next door to our hotel, replete with a splash park and a water slide! We went twice in one day:)

We took the Aquabus water taxi to the science museum, Science World. I loved the Aquabus to much, I bought their t-shirt:)

Hours and hours and hours of it.

Also next to our hotel, a Kids Market! With the tiniest bumper cars and the tiniest door, fit for…kids.

Dim sum in Richmond, B.C. near Vancouver is wonderful. So good, so flavorful, and so unbelievably yummy.

Today’s view. This is literally where we drop-off and pick-up Meryl from summer camp this week. Way back in January and February, when tracking camp registrations was an all encompassing mind space, who knew Meryl would luck out with this camp, on this glorious weather week? Every day she gets to kayak, paddle board, sail a boat, and put on a lot of sunscreen:) Fun!
