Yesterday, Baylie took Meryl and Maya to meet up with their friend, Emily, at the downtown library. Koolhaas architecture and storytime, score!

David came over tonight, with food! And, of course, rice. Of course!
We headed to the WAC today for family fun day!
Thank you, Lola! Lola hung out with Meryl today so that I could brunch with girlfriends and Frank could get a jump start on making freezer meals for when the baby comes. Those two freezers in the garage sure are coming in handy!
Bolognese, onion oxtail soup, barbacoa, enchiladas (thanks, Lorraine!), lasagna, Mississippi roast (it’s fine, but not Internet amazing), sloppy joes, and tamale pie - so far. Also, operation eat all our protein in the freezer before the fall lot lands for the next year.
Frank found these cool shoes for Grandpa, with heels that zip open to make them easy to put on and take off! Nike, of course:) Xanna is also flying through this weekend on her way back from the vineyard, so we all had to FaceTime with Grandpa for a shoe preview. Meryl tested and approved!
And cute pumpkin hats a la Lola! Earlier this week, we double dated with Maya, Lauren, and Dan on the Seattle waterfront Ferris wheel, with dinner at Red Robin afterwards! Got the burger nostalgia fix from our youth, and are good for a while now:)
Lola and Tito brought over a tricycle for Meryl tonight. We all learned how to build it (thanks, Tito!) and Meryl learned how to ride it - with her helmet on, of course!
Took Meryl for a quick jaunt to Woodland Park Zoo and she couldn’t resist a twirl on the carousel.
Last pumpkin picking montage:)
Xanna’s in town! And we headed to Bainbridge Island today for pumpkin patch family mania too!
Kinley’s 5th birthday too!
Thank you, Molly:) Obviously, my good side.
